What Causes Itchy Red Spots Embedded With Yellow Spots Around The Neck And Back?

it appears that is kind of red and yellow spot in the middle of it and their glusters close together around my neck and their is some on my back. please advise!! it itches and when I seem to break one open and their seems to be nothing in it. two or 3 months.

Sound like you are having an infection of the skin that is called as impetigo.
This is treated by topical antibiotics like mupirocin applied two to three times daily.
I would also like that you should have your blood glucose levels checked because recurrent skin infections may be due to diabetes.
