Hi, Your symptoms could be due to eczematous rash, photosensitive rash. If it is painful then it is shingles. For diagnosis, detailed examination and skin biopsy (if necessary) is required. Meanwhile you can take following advises. - Apply benadry ointment - Apply neomycin and callamine oitment - Tablet levoctrizine twice daily - Tablet tablet dicofenac for pain Other treatment you can take after diagnosis like application of steroid ointment like clobetasol propionate cream.
