I am 19 yrs old. I have red leathery spots or rashes on both theinner side on my thigh near testicles but not on testis. They are itchy if wet or if i rub and scratch them. I have not been qearing underwears for days in order for them to get less rubbing and to let them more air, if you know what i mean. I am shy and nobody knows this problem of mine. Need some asistance urgently. Also if it may help ypu to determine my problem, i am ready to provide with some pics of my problem
