What Causes Itchy Red Bumps Around The Navel, Legs And Back?

I have welt-like itchy red bumps, first appeared around belly button, then a few days later down back of left leg, now on back. Not painful, just very itchy. Feel a little tired. Benadryl has not helped. Recently returned from Bahamas. Never had anything like this.

Hi it is an allergy.
Take Fexofenadine 120 plus Omeprazole 20 in the morning and continue Benadryl at night for a week.
