What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Legs While On Coumadin?

I have been on Coumadin for about a month and just a week ago started taking Chantix. Now I have an itchy rash on my legs. Which medicine is really causing the rash. I don t want to have to stop my Chantix, but I cannot stop the Coumadin until I stop smoking.

Hello,

Warfarin overdose may cause rash or bleeding gums etc.

Chantix may also cause rash if you're allergic to this drug. Check for other possibilities like thrombocytopenia or viral infection that may be causing this problem.

Please consult your physician/dermatologist, they are will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
