What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Back And High Fever?

I am 66 and have had hiv since 1986. I have had cryptococcal meningitis, thrush, kaposi s sarcoma multiple diagnoses of pneumonia (viral and bacterial). A mild heart attack, with stents inserted, peripheral artery disease, copd, asthma (at 55) and nonseptic hip bone necrosis resulting in a hip replacement. I ve had 2 1/2 years of bi-monthly chemotherapy, and bi-monthly IVIG in the late 90 s. I was in a clinical trial of interleukin ii. I have been at 10 t cells and years later 5. I have a cast-iron constitution. Now I test above 525 t cells. I am on blood thinners ( Warfarin). I saw my Doctor Friday, because of terribly itchy rashes that are oozing, my Doctor says it s infected hair follicles, but it has been increasing on my ears, thigh and right, side of my back that spot is 5 inches across back near my floating ribs. Now I am running a fever and chills of 103.3, since 8 am pacific time, it is 3 now and the chills have subsided probably due to tylenol.
