What Causes Itchy Rash On Hands, Buttocks And Groin Area?

I have a itchy rash on my hands. It started about 3 days ago. I did have a rash on my buttocks as well as around my groin area. The rash on my buttocks and around groin area is resolving and definitely not as itchy as the rash on my hands. The rash on my hands looks like tiny raised bumps, flesh colored, these become redder when scratched. I did also have some itching on feet. When I looked up symptoms online it suggested hand, foot, and mouth disease. I have not noticed a fever as suggested as part of the symptoms of this disease.

Thank you for posting on HCM.
I can understand your concern regarding the skin lesions but its difficult to point specific diagnosis in absence of clinical examination.
From your history I can think to two differential diagnosis:
1. Scabies
2. Tinea corporis and cruris
Since the management of both the conditions is completely diverse, its prudent to diagnose your condition accurately.
Therefore, I insist you to post good clinical pictures to me so that I can help you in a better way.
