General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The rash seem to be related to a fungal infection. I recommend using anti-fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream. I also suggest to avoid sweating at the area and maintain a good hygiene. For the itching, you can use antihistamines such as Cetirizine daily.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
