Thanks to HCM first . I can understand your problem of feet I would like to know your age and profession I would like to know also your previous health status like diabetes,hypertension. Any risk factors like smoking and alcohol and allergic conditions to drugs and food also . Have a check once above factors . rashes are due to any fungal ,bacterial and those factors which decreases blood supply to that part . plz undergo some blood investigations like cbp.AEC,RFT,colour Doppler for both lower limbs I would like to suggest anti histamincs like cetirizine ,levocetrizine to reducing rashes over foot till reports comes avoid drugs which cause itching.. take topical antifungal ointment like nizral for local application ,, see the prognosis . definitely there will be improvement if you correct all these thank u
