What Causes Itchy Eye Lashes?

I tend to pick my eyelashes out because my eyelash line is itchy... I recently tried too hard to scratch my eyelash line, and a scab formed. I was itching my eyelashes the next night, and the scab fell off! Will my eyelashes grow back over the area where the scab was??

it appears to be blepharitis. clean the lid margin with sterile swab. the eye lash will grow. look for dandroff. in scalp and eyebrow. if present then apply nizral solution. ineye lid apply neosporine eye ointment. take levoctrizine 5mg tablet twice daily.
