What Causes Itchy Bumps On Torso And Arms?

Hi. My 5 year old has itchy bumps on her torso and a few on her arms. At first there were a few and then they keep spreading.They are itchy and they burn a little. No blister, they look more like a bite. Some are bigger some are smaller. What do you think? I have been putting first aid clay on the to sooth the sensation.

tome it appears to be scabies. can consult dermatologist . if confirm as scabies then apply ascabiol in wet body and allow it dry down. clean the dresses and linen used by him and get it sun dried. repeat the same procedure 3more times. maintain hygiene and sanitation.
