What Causes Itchy Bumps Below The Lips?

benith my lips on the right hand side some dity water splashed wenn i was scrubbing my toilet with lysol.the skin part started itching and turning red and growing.so i popped it and 5 different small hohles within the pimple thin white stuff came out .i washed and scrubbed it with antibacterial soap and put vitamin e oil on it .it looks pink inside dark around and i think because i scrubbed it so much i made a sore size of a medium butten
please help

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

It looks like the small holes and discharge of white stuff is due to infection in the area of the splash and yes, it is probably due to scratching of the skin in that area..
You should clean the area with antiseptic lotion like Betadine ointment and along with it apply antiseptic ointment like Soframycin, Neosporin etc..
A short script of antibiotics can also be taken for faster relief..
You should avoid scratching or touching the area again and again as it can cause spread of infection..
You can also keep the area clean and dry..
Use a sterile gauze to clean the area and put gentle pressure to drain off pus..
