I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain itchy blisters all over the body along with pimple like bumps can be due to causes like Allergic reaction, Contact Dermatitis, Hair follicle infection or Folliculitis, Mite infestation causing Scabies etc..

I would suggest you to consult a General Physician or an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like allergy tests like Prick test, Patch test, RAST test can help..

In case of allergic reaction anti allergics like Levocetrizine, Allegra etc can be advised..
A short course of steroids or injection of steroid to reduce the itching can also be advised..
Application of steroid ointment and doing cool compresses can also be advised..

In case of folliculitis or Impetigo oral and topical antibiotics along with topical steroids can be advised..

In case of scabies oral intake of Ivermectin and topical application of Prethmethrin lotion can be advised..
