What Causes Itchy Bleeding Bumps On Shin Area?

HELP It s been about 4 months now that i have pimple like bumps on my shins. they bleed as soon as i rub them they are itchy. they are hard like a wart and seems they are not healing. been to two dermatologist and had a biopsy down and still no answer. took antibiotics & two different creams. they do look better but not really healing. recently found out i have lymphoma but neither the dermatologist nor the oncologist are putting it together like one has nothing to do with the other yet all this is happing at the same time never had it before. a couple of sores are very little but still not healing.

Well come to HCM
If I actually treating such cases on tentative basis and some time get good result, and the drug of choice is "Gamma benzene lotion" keeping in mind that this could be scabies, this infection easily takes place in shin area, and does not show any typical symptoms, apply this for three night at bed time on whole body, wash out the whole body with hot water, even wash cloth in hot water, hope this would helps you, have a nice day.
