Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

White spot may be a pus from tonsilar follicles or candida infection. Other possibilities like diphtheria or infectious mononucleosis or agranulocytosis etc. So use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
