Welcome to health care magic.

1.The history suggest the most possible cause will be infected abscess / collection.
2.The possible cause could be hair follicular infection.
3.A course of antibiotic will help, if not then a small incision and drainage followed by antibiotic treatment are suggested.
4.An ultrasound examination will help delineate the nature of the lesion, its source and extensions.
5.Depending on the findings - the treatment will be accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
