I have an itchy arse only after about an hour after I poo. Rubbing it will make it go away or having a shower. I went to the doctor and he said no hemoroids probably over cleaning so just shower after poo and this should clear up. It has got a little better but not fixed, I have also taken metamucil which is helping. Can I do anything else or could it be a fungal/yeast infection, food allergy?
