What Causes Itchy Anal Discharge?

I am insulin dependent, have just completed a course of macrobid for a UTI. I also have IBSwhich is being treated with Trimebutine, although while on macrobid I held the Trimebutine and really did not find anyIBS difficulties for the five day course. On and off since being diagnosed with IBS I have had a clear colorless small amount of anal discharge that does cause anal itch. I recently used Canesten cream to the anal area with immediate relief and I am wondering if a vaginal antifungal suppository can be used to treat in the rectum. Thank you.

Your findings are consistent with fistula in Ano
So please visit your doctor for detailed examination.
meanwhile have stool softening agent like liquid paraffin at bed time
local anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine
plenty of fluids and fresh fruits in diet
