Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Itch over the mentioned area is usually fungal or bacterial infection. Applying peroxide will not subside the lesion, but only the itch for sometime.
I advise you to apply triple action ( contains antifungal, antibacterial and steroid) ointment over the area. For the itch antihistamine like levocetrizine can be taken.
Maintain proper hygiene of the area.
