What Causes Itching Sensation In Vagina After Urination?

Hello, For the last couple days I have the feeling that I splinters on just the left side of my vagina. it only feels itchy after I use the restroom and in the morning. I have no discharge and no odor. I have had trich in the past. Other then the feeling that I have little cuts, I have no other symptoms of an STI or STD. I have recently changed my diet, and it has made my bathroom visits more often then before. I was lucky to go pee once an hour to two. For the past week I have to go what seems like every 45 minutes. Other than the tingling/burning feeling after I wipe, it does not hurt to pee, like it does with an STI or STD. What could be the issue?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such itching could be due to hormone changes because of the age, it may be due to dryness hormone containing preparation for local application can be tried but it is better to confirm the condition and for that you have to see the gynecologist hope this information helps.
