What Causes Itching Sensation Around Eyes And Ears?

I am experiencing itching around the perimeter of my face, around my eye brow area, eye lids and within my ears. I have not changed any lotions, cleaners, or creams. In the past, I have had elevated liver enzymes; however, after many, many tests there was no diagnosis and the enzymes returned to normal.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itching sensation itching sensation around eyes and ears which could be because of allergic reaction to any particular food, chronic sinusitis, clogging of skin pores and eczematous lesions. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics gentamycin for a week along with corticosteroid ear drops. For now you can put 2 drops of olive oil once a day to prevent dryness and cover your ear while bathing. You should apply betnovate cream on face twice daily. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
