Hi I'm a male 28, I have a rash on my waist that I have had for a year and a half it has spread to my inner thigh area. It itches constantly I do my best not to scratch it but I still do I saw a Dr about a year ago for it. He said it was a fungus. He gave me some cream for it but I never went away help any tips would be greatfull
It seems to be a ringworm infection. I would recommend you to take a course of oral antifungals.
I would recommend you to take tablet Terbinafine twice daily and apply luliconazole cream on the affected areas once daily.
Also, take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
