What Causes Itching, Pain And Burning Sensation Below The Breast?

Mid July I had severe pain under my shoulder blade near my spinal cord. I went to the chiropractor thinking it was a pinched nerve. I was treated, however, there was no relief. I placed a numbing agent on the worst spot and place a heating pad on it. I burned that area severely about the size of a half dollar. The situation became worse when the pain, burning, spasms, intense itching, etc went from my back around my side to under my left breast. I had no blisters that are typically related to shingles, however, I had all the symptoms related to shingles. It has been several months and I still am so tender between my left breast and my upper rib that I cannot wear a bra. Any thoughts on this?
