What Causes Itching On Tip And Back Of Right Ear And Neck Pain?
I recently had an abnormal ANA and am waiting for an appt. With a Rheumotologist. For the last week, the tip and back of my right ear is itching. I also have a lump behind that ear. Pain and tenderness goes down my neck a bit. Do you think this is related to the abnormal ANA? My PCP thinks I may have MCTD.

The swelling and itching can be due you an ear infection or contact dermatitis. Mctd cannot be ruled out but only a rheumatologist after doing further tests can guide you. Thanks
