What Causes Itching In The Vagina?
Hi I m having itchiness around the vaginal area for a month now. It was nothing severe at first then it started getting worse. I consulted a gynecologist and she told me to use travocort. But the itchiness is getting worse after using it. There is nothing other than a red rash in that area, please help!

I will try to do my best to answer your question
As you have mentioned, there is intense itching and it is increasing day by day, and there is only redness around vagina, it shows inflammation irritating vaginal mucosa and causing itching and redness, take Atarax for it
If there is any discharge then take metronidazole 400 tds as an antibiotic for 7 days
Also maintain vaginal hygiene and avoid sex for a week
