Hi.. Thanks for the query.. I can very well understand level your concern and will try my level best to help you out.. Well, your symptoms are all pointing towards allergic reaction.. If you also have throat choking and gasping then it can at times turn severe and needs immediate medical attention.. The reaction is appearing most probably due to environmental irritants like pollen, animal danders, dust, certain trees and grasses etc.. Such symptoms re commonly seen due to severe allergic reaction.. You should get a blood test done to rule out allergies and once the allergen is diagnosed, the best way to avoid symptoms is to prevent exposing yourself to allergen.. If it is something in the air then protective mouth masks can be helpful when going out.. Also anti allergics like Benadryl, Loratidine etc can help.. You can also be advised bronchodilator spray to prevent choking.. Many a times Immunotherapy can be given to gradually reduce the severity of symptoms.. Hope you get better soon.. Regards.
