What Causes Itching In The Thigh And Testicles?
I had a skin problem (i.e.) dhobi itch or ringworm before 45 years back. Since then no major issues there except some times having itch in both side of thigh and teticles area. The same is usually cured within one or two application of skin ointment. But before 15 days I had the attack of the very same infection/round ringworm attack. I used Zole ointment under general practicioners consultation. But after a weeks time It is not fully cured.

we need to evaluate for symptoms other than Itching like rash/ redness/ scales
Fungal infection may need accurate diagnosis and require long treatment in form of ointment and anti fungal tablets
and for Diagnosis microscopic examination of scraping may required
follow advises given below:
keep skin dry
avoid synthetic cloth
Apply Surfaz Sn cream after cleaning and drying skin twice a day for 7 days
Apply Clotrimazole 1% dusting power twice a day for 7 day
Further treatment can be done after complete evaluation
