The sinus inflammation can cause throat infection, post nasal drip and eustachian tube dysfunction. Regular vapor inhalation along with nasal spray, hot saline gargles, course of antibiotic (as per need), anti allergic drug, histamine cell blockers in chronic cases, avoiding known allergens would relieve you.
