What Causes Itching In The Clitoris Area?

I just recently finished a round of antibiotics. My clitoris area started itching 2 days ago. Unfortunatly I think I scratched either too hard or too much and made it bleed. I ve read up on possibilities of what it could be. This has never happened before.
