What Causes Itching Bumps On Scrotum?

I have bumps on my scrotum. They really itch and with that the skin peels as well. There are also bad odors that come with this. What should I do? I shower twice a day and still have this problem. I have bought antifungal cream as well but it keeps coming back.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The cause of such bumps on scrotum are multiple sebaceous cyst causing Seborrhoic Dermatitis.
This causes too much itching .
On an infection with typical bacteria, the bad odor comes on.

I would advise you the following.
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally 4 times a day.
Keep the area ventilated by using very loose underwear and clothes.
Take a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole in low dosage.
I hope you will be absolutely fine.
Consult a Dermatologist just to confirm whether you have any other associated problems and get treated accordingly.
