What Causes Itching Around The Labia Minora?

I have noticed an itchy sensation in and around my labia minora. I thought I had a yeast infection so I took some yeast infection cream yesterday. Today the symptoms still persist. I examined myself and noticed a few flesh colored bumps inside my labia minors what could this be...??

The bumps can be related to herpes and you better get tested for STD.
You may need to visit a gynecologist.
