What Causes Itching Around, Inside And Outside The Nose And On Upper Lip?

i have suffered from itching around the inside and outside of my nose and upper lip and sometimes the chin and the area around the nose there is no rash at night I will scratch and will end up with hiccy like bruising on my face and some times I will cut my face with my nails my had the same thing and it seems to get worse with age and yes I get sinus and post nasel drip can you help

thanks for asking at HCM
You seems to have allergic disease. so your skin and nose have allergic disease.
And so there is itching and sinus disease.
You need to prevent yourself from dust or any household allergen you could make out.
As prevention is better than cure.
Secondly you need to take anti histaminic drugs like cetrizine or loratidine or ebastine etc. and monteleukast.
This will help in decreasing the allergic response and so the symptoms you have.
