What Causes Itching And White Spots On Testicles?
HI Dr. its been over 3 years now my testicles is very itchy and it has flakes and white spots formation in my testicles. I've already used anti-fungal creams it did't worked. I also have sever dandruff and used all kinds of anti dandruff cream and my dandruff is still persistent. I want to know my problem?

Well come to HCM
This could be dry eczematous condition and in my opinion this need to be treated with Beclomethasone cream, Erythromycin cream, Tab Cefdinire 30o mg twice in day for five days, these would give best result if the symptoms does not improved then this need to be seen by dermatologist, take care.
