Hello Dear. You might be having allergic reaction to some thing either any new clothes, or food or pollen grains of plants around, animal hair etc. Kindly find out for yourself what exactly is causing you allergy and avoid it. You can take tablet cetrizine once or twice a day for few days to control allergy and use creams like hydrocortisone or betnovate locally wherever there are bumps.
If you are still not better after a week or so, kindly consult a dermatologist who may do blood tests and other relevant tests to find out the cause.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
