Hi I had unprotected anal sex about 3 weeks ago and since then my penis shaft and scrotum and extremely itchy at all times of the day. I haven t gone to a doctor or STI clinic. At first my penis shaft was swollen. Now I also noticed 4 or 5 small black raised spots on the underside of my penis shaft
