General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with recurrent itching redness of both eyes as well as itching at the back of your head i will suggest you have developed an allergic conjunctivitis with possible hypersensitivity skin reaction

In view of this please see another ophthalmologist and a dermatologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile you can take tablet allergin pending your appointment

I hope this helps Regards
