What Causes Itching And Pressure In The Vagina?

Good day Dr. i have notice for a few days i feel itchy in my womb and in my vagina and then a pulling feeling like something wants to fall off my vagina while peeing... please can you help with an answer of what it could be and the cause and treatment.... it comes up mostly when or after peeing. thank u

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. You can go for a swab test and urine culture to rule out this. Using miconazole ( monistat ) cream for local application will be helpful to clear yeast infection. In case of bacterial vaginosis or lower urinary tract infection you need antibiotic therapy.
