hi I'm 15 years old and for the past couple of months the left side of my balls have been itchy and now it's flaky there is now a pink spot on my balls I don't know what to do I heard hydrocortisone will do the job ? It's been itching a lot lately and flaky !!

Don't use hydrocortisone at all without proper consultation it may be due to fungal infection....
better to consult dermatologist...
