Hi, I did gymnastics for nine years and I was told I have tendinitis in my wrist, is it normal that my hands and wrist are always very cramps and sore and my hands go through phases of being extremely itchy and burning almost every night, and my hands and wrist occasionally get numb tingly feelings

Possibly you have injured your tendons and indirectly bones. You could be having secondary carpal tunnel syndrome. The diagnosis can be done by a nerve conduction velocity test. Generally, the treatment would be surgery.
