What Causes Itching And Burning Penis During Urination After Having Sex?

Hi I have been having sexual intercourse and not peeing after just letting the semen dry and I m trying to be honest doing methamphetamine a lot with no liquids. Now the tip of my penis itches/burns and I pee normal then at the end of my stream it burns and drips blood. Any ideas its been happening two days since my last intercourse Thank you B

I understand your concern.

It might be due to urinary tract infection.

Take liquid as much as possible.

Burning is due to acidic Nature of urine.

Blood in urine is need to investigate to rule out causes like trauma or stone.

Drink soda or liquid as much as possible.

Condition can be treated with antibiotic like cephalosporin or doxycycline.

If not improve then consult physician and get help.
