I am 20 yrs old female, in last month during my mensuration i develop itch around vulva so i used topical antifungal for it and also boils for that i used antibiotic topical but symptoms didnt relived and this month i have developed Itch around vulva and dry skin in labia majora associated with itch. From history it seems that there might be having yeast infection giving rise itching and dryness on the part.
Along with local application of anti-fungal go for one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 15 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Avoid having more perspiration.
Ok and take care.
