What Causes Itchiness,redness And Swelling In Vagina And Rectum?

I have a history of genital herpes. Have not had a outbreak in 8 years. Now have sever swelling of the vulva and anus area with severe redness and itching. Could this be an outbreak? I do not notice the lesions that usually accompany an outbreak.

You have to0 get it checked by doctor it is highly contagious. generally spread by sex,itis her pis simplex 1and2. symptoms are sore and itching. antiviral antibiotic ointment like acyclovir applied on top give some relief it accompany an outbreak.itis highly contagious.
