hi my son who is 1.10 yrs old has dermetitis... so i use only oilatum soap, lotion and emolient... lately he has been itching aroun his lower back and over buttuck area.. his skin color all over his body differs from fair to wheat color to dark color

Hope my answer was helpful for you. By what you quote I feel this could be an eczema or atopic dermatitis. What you are currently doing is perfectly fine.
