I always have a itchy scrotum it changes from side to side and some times the whole thing.never had my penis itch badly. My area under my scrotum utches to.its red and there are dark veins.it has been happining for almost 3 years. I mastermate sometimes w my dogs. I have stopped doing this and it still happens whats going on
