What Causes Itchiness In Penis Ball?

I jacked off with shampoo, and didn't wash off my penis, and a day or two later my penis and balls had a bad itch randomly, I itched it then i went in the bathroom to check it out and i saw my skin was peeling. The skin has stopped peeling now but there still is an annoying itch on my penis and balls, I got spray for jock itch, tough actin tinactin. But I don't know wether it was just irritated from the shampoo, I also run cross country and my boxers get kind of moist, I don't take a shower right when I get home, i take it before bed or in the morning. How long should it take to heal?

HI
Well come to HCM
This could be allergic condition and if I would be your doctor then I would treat the case with Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day and Mometasone cream for local application, hope this helps.
