What Causes Itchiness In Inner Thighs And Scrotum?

First off sorry for the odd question but for the past month or so I've had this itching problem. Seems like it really irritates me at night when Ichange for bed. Now a spot appeared first on my ankel where the skin gets dry and it becomes itchy which Ibelieve could be exgzama. It also itches on my inner thighs which are a little dark from me scratching but my major problem is I have itchin on my scrotum (Skin) and from the base of (excuse me) my shaft to mry pubic area all itchs when wet or dry. Can you explain to me what this is please as it is very irritating. Thank you.
