What Causes Itchiness And Burning Sensation In The Anus?

Hi Doctor, Im having a mild burning sensation and itchiness in my anal. I thought it s worm but I think i have hemorrhoids. When I touch my anal, i also find some spot where it feel pain like there s some wound open. But there s no blood and no wound. Im taking faktu suppository and i still feel itchiness but the pain is getting less and less everytime i go to the toilet. at the moment im taking lots of water, papaya and greens and red rice. Is this itchiness normal during faktu intakes?
