What Causes Irritation Around The Clitoris?

I was feeling alittle irritated around my clitoris. It kinda feeling like a urinary track infection.. Doesn t really hurt just feels irritated and slightly burns when things rub up against it. I ll notice it off and on throughout the day. When I looked my clitoris it was reddish and the skin right underneath that connects to the labia has a small bump on each side, the size of a little zit. Not big at all. It could honestly be normal because I don t really look down there. I recent Shaved too which I m not use to doing and I am sexually active. (When I m wearing clothes it feels like air or sweat is getting in that area)

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
By the description given by you in your post, it appears that you might have caught up with mild inflammation or allergic reaction of clitoris.
You need wash the area and to wipe with cotton soaked in mild antiseptic like Savlon at least twice a day. Apply Soframycin skin ointment following drying. Take Tablet. Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after food for 3 days. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide good ventilation and avoid friction. Abstain from sexual activity till the wound heals completely.
