What Causes Irritation And Swelling Of The Labia?
part of my vaginal lip swelled today. It was irritating and sometimes itches. It can also hurt. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. It happened last month a few hours prior to getting my period. This month I am due to get my period on about 4 days. What is this?

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to some fungal infection, and this can be best treated with following medicine,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days
2) Miconazole cream for local application
the condition is nothing to take with the menses, keep the area clean, hope this information helps, take care.
