Irritation and pain on cheek is due to chewing tobacco. Removing the source is very important to stop further irritation and pain . Irritation may cause due to rough teeth so make your dental appointment and do check up and treat completely . Stop using tobacco products. Do not drink alcohol. If removing the source of the irritation does not work, then the doctor may suggest applying medicine to the irritated patch .
